Is it obligatory to pay by credit card?
Schools (and other government institutions) in the province of Quebec can order online and choose the “bill me” option instead of paying by credit card .
The invoice will be included in the package or will be sent by email if the merchandise is delivered directly from the manufacturer. Schools (and other government institutions) have 30 days to pay the bill.
For individuals and businesses, payment must be made by credit card.
Is the online ordering process secure?
Yes, the online ordering process is secure according to the highest industry standards. During the payment process, your credit card details are not stored by Alphabetix inc.
Is it normal to not have received an order confirmation by email?
You should receive an order confirmation by email within usually less than 60 minutes.

Individuals and businesses must order online.

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the telephone, mainly to minimize the risk of error when taking an order.

What are the shipping fees?
When you order online, delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the items ordered.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times usually vary between 5 and 15 working days.
If we anticipate that processing your order will take longer, we will contact you.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse. All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post or FedEx.

What are the product warranties?
When applicable, the warranty for a product is specified in its description sheet on our website.
Do you offer special prices for schools?
Sales prices are already set taking into account the fact that our clientele is mainly made up of schools.
Do you offer discounts when purchasing a large quantity of an item?
As we strive to sell our products at the most competitive prices possible, we unfortunately do not offer additional discounts based on purchase volume.
